Why Build Another ASP Nuke?

Some people have asked why we need to have several different portal softwares all competing with one another instead of just all contributing to one common framework. Here, I will explain my rationale for building my own ASP Nuke platform and why I think others have taken a similar path.

The ASP Nuke article system has been enhanced to publish an RDF Site Summary (RSS). RSS is an XML standard for publishing articles in a portable format for many different types of clients. The content can be parsed and presented in many different formats including portable devices such as PDAs and some cell phones.
Task Manager Module

The new task manager module is now complete and available for your perusal. This is where we will track all of the current and upcoming projects for ASP Nuke. This will be included in the new release of the ASP Nuke CMS application.

Just wanted to keep you posted on where the development stands for ASP Nuke. I have been sidelined for the past week with the Flu and haven't been doing any development work on ASP Nuke.
ASP Nuke 0.60 Released

We are pleased to announce that the new version of ASP Nuke (0.60) has just been released. This resolves many critical bugs and brings some great new features.
Object-Oriented Development

One of the big changes that I am making with the new version of ASP Nuke is to use some Object-Oriented Programming. Yeah, I know, welcome to the 20th century Rip Van Winkle.

After taking a short break over the holidays, I am busy finishing up the next release (0.60) The new package brings a complete restructuring of the module architecture, numerous bug fixes, a powerful library for rapid application development, integrated help and a new documentation module.
